This page will help you incorporate essential oils, whole foods, and other all-natural ingredients into your everyday life. You will find recipes for making your own cleaning products, essential oil blends for your diffuser, first-aid spray, homemade deodorant etc.

Synthetic household cleaning products, air fresheners, over-the-counter medications, prescription drugs and personal care products contain harmful toxins and chemicals that bio-accumulate in the body. Over time this leads to illness and disease. If we can remove or eliminate these products and replace them with all-natural ones we can support and promote well-balanced, healthy bodies. "We want to support, enhance, and strengthen its (our body) capacity to prevent disease within us." (Healing Homes: Our Social Responsibility-Katherine T. Fuller, M.S. and Connie McDanel, B.S.)
