The Center for Disease Control says that keeping our hands clean is one of the best things we can do to keep from getting sick and spreading germs to others. It may seem so simple and yet all the time people are not washing their hands after using the bathroom, blowing their nose, coughing or sneezing, handling pets, or taking out the garbage. You can infect yourself with germs by touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Good hand-washing is the first line of defense against the transfer of bacteria, viruses and other microbes.
Ditch those toxic hand soaps and hand sanitizers that are hindering your immune and endocrine systems. You can safely cleanse your hands from harmful germs using natural ingredients. Check out my “handy” granola recipes!
