The Dirt on Dish Soap

Before I was introduced to essential oils, I didn’t know that the very things I was using to keep my home clean and my family safe from germs, bugs, and sickness were actually harmful and not promoting health at all. That bright blue dish soap… ya know, the one that’s supposed to be safe enough…

Take the Toxins Out of Toothpaste

When Sofia was little she kept getting sores in her mouth. They were so painful and frequent. Finally, I asked her dentist about it. Don’t Get Me Lathered Up!

Grocery shopping isn’t one of my most favorite things to do. It needs to be done, but for me it’s tedious and takes me away from other things I’d rather be doing. I know I’m not alone. This isn’t the only reason I loathe this task. 7 years ago I became a MAJOR label reader.…

Often when I talk to people who have no prior experience with essential oils (EOs), there is naturally a little hesitation. I used to be that person. As a self-proclaimed nerd and skeptic I HAD to understand the whys and hows of essential oils. I needed solid, concrete science and evidence for all this "hippie stuff." To be honest, it was shocking to me but once I experienced such an unexpected 180-degree turn, there was no stopping my new-found passion to tell anybody and everybody who would listen to me about the benefits of essential oils.   READ MORE >>
